She enjoys the constant new learning experiences, fast pace of work, and the unpredictability that veterinary medicine offers.  Amanda values the opportunity to help animals whether there is a positive outcome or if end of life decisions need to be considered. She loves how animals are always honest in showing their true love, support, and loyalty to their owners every day.

Her specific interests in veterinary medicine include phlebotomy, client education, early puppy training and development, and anesthesia/surgical assisting. Amanda is also the go to person at the clinic for fractious cat handling.
