Lisa has been a registered veterinary technician for over 10 years.
When asked why she decided to join the veterinary profession, Lisa said that she grew up on a farm and has cared for animals her entire life. She enjoys being a part of the care an owner can give their animal and loves witnessing the human-animal bond in the clinic. She most enjoys performing diagnostics, especially developing and reading slides under the microscope, as a part of helping the vet collect puzzle pieces to difficult and ever changing cases. Lisa enjoys the satisfaction of seeing an animal that has been ill doing better and helping owners cope with loss when nothing more can be done.
