Dr. Amy has been a veterinarian for 30+ years. She graduated from Purdue Veterinary School in 1992. Her undergraduate degree was also received from Purdue University in Animal Science. She started Country Critters Veterinary Clinic, Inc. in 1993. It began as a large & small animal practice, but with the continued growth of her family it has become more predominantly small animal. Amy is married to John Faulkenberg and has 4 children; 3 boys (Kurt, Dylan, and Logan) and 1 girl (Taylor) and three grandchildren; Paisley, Bo and Lainey. In her “spare” time Dr. Amy likes to work-out, run and go boating. She has run several marathons!
